DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PHASE

Administrative Procedures

Coordination with all the parties involved in the project (Local Authorities, Landlords, Malls etc…) in order to follow-up on the administrative procedures

Preliminary Design Stage

Development of a Preliminary Design Package (APS) starting from the design intent transmitted by the client and coordination with the client for project reviews.

Detailed Design Stage

Development of a Detailed Design Package (APD) starting from the validated APS and coordination with the client for project reviews. Including all the drawings required to explain the project in detail, Scope of Work and Bill of Quantity.

Tender Stage

Development of a Tender Set in order to launch the tender for the project, coordination with all contractors invited to attend the tender in order to get the offers, analysis and comparison, assistance to the client during the appointment phase.

Shop Drawings Review

Coordination with the appointed contractors in order to review and approve all the shop drawings in order to finalise the Construction Drawings Package.

 

 
 
 

EXECUTION PHASE

Site Management

Coordination with the appointed contractors as Local Architects in order to take under control the construction process (including time schedules, regular site visits, weekly report, minutes of meeting and all other actions necessary to keep on track the project).

Handover and Snag List

Coordination with all parties involved in order to collect all Handover documents, issue of the Snag List and follow up on all contractors involved in the snagging process until completion.

 

 
 
 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Final Folder

Preparation of the Final Folder of the project to be submitted to the client (including approved shop drawings, administrative documents, handover documents and all the significant documents of the project).
